Return & Exchange Policy – BLIK

At BLIK, we keep things simple.

You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.


🚫 No Refunds Policy (Very Important)

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

If you request a return:
👉 You will receive store credit only
👉 Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card
👉 It can be used on any future purchase


🔁 Exchanges (Allowed)

You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible for exchange if:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Tags are intact
  • Product is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is available

How it works:

  • Request exchange within 3 days
  • We arrange pickup
  • Item goes through quality check
  • Replacement is shipped

↩️ Returns (Store Credit Only)

You can return your product within 3 days, but:

👉 No money refund will be given
👉 You will receive store credit (via gift card)


📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong product
  • Defective piece

Include:

  • Order number
  • Issue description
  • Clear photos

We’ll resolve it quickly.


Not Eligible

We won’t accept return/exchange if:

  • Product is worn or washed
  • Tags are removed
  • Product is damaged by customer
  • Request is made after 3 days
