1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unavoidable delays, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days. We will keep you informed.

2. Shipping Timeline

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast delivery across India.

Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
Non-metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (if enabled).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner link.
